Engraving
Diamond Engraving
Mementos’ can engrave glass, stone, ceramic, granite and other very hard materials as well as “drag engrave” aluminum or brass. This process produces excellent results when used to show the base metal color beneath anodizing or epoxy coatings.
Laser Engraving
Mementos’ high-end laser engraver can embed text and images (including photographs) onto a wide range of substrates with incredible detail and accuracy. Applications include team logos, names, sponsor logos, hidden serial numbers — basically anything that can be rendered on a computer screen. Quality of artwork is key to achieving a high-quality result.
Laser engraving can be performed on both flat and curved surfaces as well as a variety of uniquely shaped objects. We can also mark a full 360° around an item which is useful in applications where precisely calibrated bands and markings need to be added.
Laser marking or engraving is a computer-driven, environmentally friendly alternative to silk screening, pad printing, stamping, mechanical engraving, chemical etching and many other costly, lower-quality processes. Our high-speed non-contact process provides superior quality, permanence and design flexibility. Laser marking can achieve accuracy in small details unmatched by any other engraving method.
Whether you are purchasing 10 items or 10,000, precision computer control means that the last piece produced will look just as good as the first.
